2000 Coachmen Catalina Sports RV

I bought the motorhome from Facebook marketplace with the overtime earned from my last employer in Texas. My family and I drove it across the west coast from Texas, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and lastly California where it was impounded by the Riverside Police department. I would never imagined on April 6, 2023, that it would be the last time I would see the motorhome ever again. I'm so devastated that the last moments of me operating it would be at the McDonald's parking lot. The homeless man Carlos Vega, assaults me with his baseball bat and the hateful police department towards black people who owned motorhomes.  I remembered vividly one of the police officers investigating had asked if I was homeless in which I replied to him, No. I'm not homeless.  The person they suppose to be questioning is the homeless man who can't find housing or employment because of his criminal record but instead they wanted to believe that my family is homeless.

What Was the Outcome In My Criminal Case

Case: DISSMISSED Riverside Police had taken us to Robert Presley Detention Center in downtown Riverside, CA for booking our fingerprints and DNA on April 6, 2023.  The jail nursing staff had evaluated my head injury and told the arresting officer that she won't medical clear me unless I go to the Riverside Community Hospital. The nursing staff at RCH had documented my head injury and given me medical treatment. I was later booked under two felony charges PC M245(A)(2) and PC 243(D) .  The detention facility had assigned me as a trustee in the kitchen where I worked 12 hours for 5 days a week making breakfast, lunch and dinner. I earned $3.50/per week compared to the $18/hourly from UPS. I didn't like this new circumstance in my life and everyday that I sat in jail was hell, I thought about my family a lot. I didn't have any preliminary hearing. I didn't have any mediation. I had my case resetted 6 times within 2 months in-custody. (Every two weeks I had court) On Ju...

Please Read this Story and Share on Social Media On April 6, 2023 at 10 PM, I had lost EVERYTHIN G after Riverside Police department took me and my girlfriend to jail after a homeless man (Carlos Vega) had assaulted me behind the head with a baseball bat outside the McDonalds parking lot in Moreno Valley, CA. The man Carlos Vega who had assaulted me was a convicted felon on parole. When Riverside Police came to investigate, the arresting officer and his friends refused to believe that he had started it and went into defense for the criminal without asking for his identity.  Instead of investigating him as the suspect which we told them he had started it, the police officers tried to manipulate the story by stating that we tried to kill him with the baseball bat knowing that it was untrue. So the cops, took us to jail on two charges for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Great Bodily Injury. The homeless man who had started it, was set free to leave the scene and never se...
